Senior SRH Manager (Humanitarian)

What you will do

• Oversee the implementation of quality SRH program activities in supported health facilities.
• Provide technical oversight and training on BEmONC, STI management, family planning, and CMR/IPV.
• Lead emergency preparedness planning, including contingency stock and mobile response modalities.
• Directly supervise SRH staff, coordinating work plans, performance reviews, and capacity development.
• Manage grant timelines, monitor monthly expenditures, and develop procurement plans.
• Represent the IRC in regional and national SRH working groups and maintain relations with MOH and local authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in midwifery, public health, Medicine or a related field.
• At least 3 years of humanitarian project management experience with technical expertise in SRH and MISP implementation.
• Thorough understanding of BEmONC protocols and GBV response service provision.
• Proven abilities in developing work plans and validating SRH data.
• English: C1 (Excellent spoken and written) required.
• Location: Must be based in Sudanese Territory, Sudan and willing to work in remote or insecure areas.
