What you will do

• Manage zone insights from multiple data sources and dashboards to optimize PnL performance.
• Execute supply strategies, including incentive planning and onboarding proposals, to improve service rates.
• Implement demand strategies via pricing adjustments and voucher injections to increase customer booking willingness.
• Manage day-to-day tactical decisions to maintain an optimal balance between supply and demand.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of generated orders to identify product improvements for consumers and drivers.

Requirements

• High proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to define problem statements and create actionable plans based on data insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to defend proposed action plans to stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly adapt and implement tactical decisions based on real-time on-ground conditions.
• Must be based in Bandung for on-site work
