What you will do

• Monitor key operational metrics and identify root causes to drive timely interventions.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable execution plans and ensure follow-through on the ground.
• Lead zone-level initiatives to improve demand, supply reliability, and overall operational performance.
• Drive on-ground engagement with drivers, customers, and merchants to resolve operational gaps.
• Act as the POI expert, managing and improving mapping accuracy, coverage, and pin locations.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, or field operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling real-world operational challenges.
• Comfort with fieldwork and direct stakeholder engagement.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights for continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Working proficiency in English.
