What you will do

• Maintain and evolve the billing and payments service codebase.
• Integrate new payment gateways and external billing services.
• Resolve production issues to ensure system reliability and security.
• Design and review software architecture for new payment features.
• Implement hypotheses and run experiments to drive core business metrics.
• Write tests to maintain a high-quality, well-covered codebase.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial programming experience.
• Strong PHP skills (8.0–8.3) and production experience with Laravel.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Proficiency with Git and Docker.
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Grafana for observability.
