What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance systems, ensuring architectural rationality and system reliability.
• Develop DeFi Adapter contracts for integration with mainstream protocols (Lending, DEX, Staking, Yield).
• Conduct independent on-chain contract analysis and transaction deconstruction.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (Copilot, Cursor, CodeMax) to accelerate coding, code review, and analysis workflows.
• Explore LLM-based code generation and on-chain data interpretation to streamline team workflows.
• Collaborate on technical architecture and drive the adoption of innovative solutions within the team.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of Java development experience with a solid foundation in computer science.
• Proficiency in multi-threaded programming, JVM internals, and MySQL performance tuning.
• Experience with Spring Cloud and designing large-scale distributed, high-concurrency systems.
• Knowledge of Solidity, EVM execution mechanics, and common contract design patterns (Proxy, Factory).
• Ability to perform on-chain data analysis via block explorers or RPC calls.
• Understanding of mainstream DeFi protocol mechanics (e.g., Aave, Uniswap, Curve) and multi-chain development.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Hands-on smart contract auditing experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering or integrating LLM-based solutions into development pipelines.
