What you will do

• Own end-to-end business performance of the zone, including growth, revenue, and profitability.
• Define and lead Zone Strategy by translating regional priorities into local actionable plans.
• Drive business operations excellence across user growth, merchant acquisition, and operations.
• Act as the main integrator between cross-functional teams and regional/HQ stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities and expand partnerships with government, merchants, and communities.
• Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team with strong execution discipline.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business, operations, or general management.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving results in high-growth or complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for problem-solving.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing diverse teams.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Samarinda.
