What you will do

• Support daily operations of animation and post-production across Lighting, Rendering, and Compositing.
• Plan, track, and maintain schedules across all production and post-production departments.
• Break down episode animatics into actionable lists for Animation and Lighting departments.
• Assist with Scene Assembly in Unreal Engine using custom automation and export tools in Maya and UE.
• Manage render scheduling, perform QC, and coordinate fixes with the team.
• Maintain accurate data in production management software and facilitate information flow from directors to departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating projects in the 3D animation or game development industry.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or ShotGrid.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or similar editing software.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Maya, and/or Blender.
• Strong organizational, time management, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of internet and gaming culture.
• Working knowledge of 3D software such as Maya, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
