TL;DR

HR Business Partner Lead (HRBP): Leading the business partnering function to shape and execute people strategies that support business growth and performance with an accent on organizational design, leadership capability, and high-performing teams. Focus on driving data-informed decision-making via people analytics and optimizing core HR frameworks across multiple ventures.

Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga (Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote; other hubs offer hybrid/onsite options)

Salary: 5600-7000 EUR/month gross

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute people strategies that directly support business performance and growth.
  • Lead, develop, and empower a team of HR Business Partners to ensure consistent people practices across all functions.
  • Own and improve core HR frameworks, including performance management, engagement, retention, and 360 feedback.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging people analytics, market insights, and internal dashboards.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
  • Oversee workforce planning, budgeting, and Compensation & Benefits strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong HR functional expertise in performance management, retention, and succession planning.
  • Proven experience in people analytics and working with data dashboards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Solid financial literacy, including P&L understanding and employee ROI.
  • Knowledge of labor law and compliance practices.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
