What you will do

  • Serve as the strategic interface between the company and a key telecom client at both executive and operational levels.
  • Lead project governance, including managing KPIs, SLAs, executive reporting, and steering committees.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L ownership, margin control, invoicing, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate distributed onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the account and support the development of commercial proposals.
  • Modernize team ways of working by supporting the introduction of AI workflows into processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in telecom engineering, preferably within operators, ISPs, or large enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in Autonomous Networks and OSS/BSS (FlowOne, Orchestrator, Genesys, InstantLink, and Order Management).
  • Experience as an Engagement Manager or Client Delivery Manager for large-scale, distributed programs.
  • Solid financial management skills with direct P&L ownership and margin control experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and PMP.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
