Data Scientist (AI)

TL;DR

Data Scientist (AI/Gamedev): Building AI-driven systems to personalize and adapt game experiences with an accent on Generative AI and Data Science. Focus on designing and deploying production-ready models that influence player behavior, game mechanics, and monetization.

Location: Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, Israel (three on-site workdays per week)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Data Science solutions from problem definition and modeling to production validation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Studio teams to shape game systems and player experiences.
• Build and validate models that directly impact player behavior and monetization systems.
• Define and enforce standards for modeling, validation, and production readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and drive quality across Data Science initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel (Hybrid work in Tel Aviv)
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong background in statistics, probability, and data modeling.
• Experience building and deploying models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in large-scale data systems.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI toolchains.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing in B2C products.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time or near real-time decision systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (model lifecycle, monitoring, CI/CD).
• Experience in gaming, game economies, or player behavior-driven systems.
