Senior Solution Consultant, Instructor-Led Training (EdTech): Designing and architecting scalable technical training ecosystems for enterprise clients with an accent on blending live instruction with digital learning platforms. Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (On-site Wednesday and Thursday, remote Monday, Tuesday, and Friday)

What you will do
- Orchestrate "Value Selling" methodology to transform customer struggles into high-impact learning solutions with clear business outcomes.
- Serve as the lead technical authority for account teams to align client requirements with service capabilities.
- Lead deep-dive scoping sessions with stakeholders to identify technical needs and match them with the right instructors and platform resources.
- Draft and validate scalable learning programs, ensuring delivery timelines and pedagogical designs are realistic.
- Design comprehensive course outlines and multi-modal learning experiences using digital and live components.
- Drive services revenue within the assigned territory by identifying expansion opportunities and optimizing proposals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical consulting services experience, preferably within a technical education training sales organization.
- 2+ years of experience leading strategic enterprise technical sales cycles.
- Proven experience selling technical education training to corporations.
- Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers and internal leadership.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to comply with the hybrid work schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience as an overlay resource to a core sales organization for large enterprise companies.
- Proficiency in creating detailed project plans and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Ability to simplify sophisticated technical subjects for mutual understanding among stakeholders.
