What you will do

• Build and implement growth strategies for delivering Starlink via government subsidized programs.
• Hire, lead, and coach an exceptional enterprise account management team.
• Develop scalable tools and automation in collaboration with software and finance teams to minimize humans-in-the-loop.
• Manage non-technical project lifecycles for government accounts from contract signature to successful activation.
• Own the customer interface for onboarding, long-term retention, and relationship growth.
• Champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of experience working with State & Local executives to support a technical product or service.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (ITAR requirements).
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends and travel to other offices or customer locations as needed.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience working with government customers and system integrators.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, autonomously driven start-up atmosphere.
• Familiarity with existing Starlink products, services, and support systems.
