What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality automation to support Starlink's customer growth and market launches.
• Develop alerts and monitoring systems to ensure automation health and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads and operators to solve customer experience bottlenecks.
• Design and execute measurable experiments to improve support processes.
• Write technical documentation and provide quantitative performance updates to leadership.
• Strategize the migration of automation tools to website-integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a STEM discipline.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• 1+ years of experience in software, data analytics, or operations at a tech company.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to corporate sites and industry events.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business or STEM.
• Expertise in SQL, database structures, query optimization, and ETL development.
• Experience with VBA or C#.
• Background in high-growth, fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
• Strong project management and self-directed prioritization skills.
