Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Focus on partnering with technical leadership to define hiring strategies and executing non-standard sourcing campaigns for high-volume manufacturing and aerospace needs.

Location: Onsite full-time in Bastrop, TX (Austin area); hybrid and remote work will not be considered

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to final onboarding.
• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using non-standard sourcing methods.
• Coordinate and lead onsite candidate experiences, including facility tours.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiations and background checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee, or asylee status (ITAR requirements).
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Experience reviewing and reporting on recruiting data.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting and SGA recruiting.
• Experience working in-house with Director and VP level technical leaders.
