What you will do

• Coordinate operational activities to ensure alignment with global and local plans.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to support business stability.
• Manage operational budgets responsibly according to agreed plans.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and approval processes are strictly followed.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Japan office, including health and safety.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Head Office in the absence of the Head of Japan.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing people and leading teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a structured environment.
• Must be based in Japan (office-based role).
• English proficiency (English CV is a mandatory requirement).
• Ability to collaborate across different time zones and regional teams.
