What you will do

• Coordinate and track commercial initiatives and campaigns, ensuring timelines and stakeholders are aligned.
• Manage tickets, document requirements, and maintain accurate system statuses for day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate content and asset inputs, manage versions, align approvals, and perform pre-launch quality checks.
• Maintain and improve consumer-facing content areas, such as Online Magazines, focusing on structure and clarity.
• Conduct regular content checks and light performance monitoring to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Business & Management, or a comparable field.
• Structured and reliable approach to organizing, prioritizing, and documenting tasks.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of execution.
• Confidence in communicating and working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office; experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
