What you will do

• Represent the treasury and collections function in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to financial efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure strict control, protection, and daily reconciliation of client funds and oversee payment execution.
• Supervise cash flow management, daily liquidity needs, and maintain operational banking relationships.
• Lead the collections team to ensure accurate processing of receivables and develop strategies to minimize past-due balances.
• Mentor a high-performing team and lead projects focused on cash management and receivables automation.
• Prepare executive-level financial analyses and KPI reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• English: B2 or C1 level is mandatory.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, collections, or broader finance functions.
• 2+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume transactional B2B environments, preferably within global companies.
• Location: Must be based in Panama City, Panama.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) or SAP.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes.
