What you will do

• Produce performance-driven video ads and static assets optimized for Meta and TikTok.
• Own the full creative process from conceptualization and storyboarding to final execution.
• Iterate on short-form video content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR to scale winning creatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging social media trends.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow to improve creative efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a creative or performance marketing role with a strong focus on video.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience creating high-performing advertisements for TikTok and Meta.
• Ability to combine creative intuition with analytical data to validate ideas.
• English: Fluent (C1) communication and collaboration skills.
