Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 Annually

What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain Cisco UC solutions including CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, and Webex platforms.
• Support enterprise voice, video, and collaboration services including SIP, QoS, call routing, and dial plan management.
• Manage Cisco gateways and SBCs using CUBE and ISR/ASR platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to call quality, routing, voicemail, and device registration.
• Deploy and support Cisco Jabber, Webex devices, and Room/Desk systems.
• Develop and maintain system diagrams, configuration standards, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Clearance: Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) required.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Cisco UC technologies: CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, Expressway, and Webex.
• Solid understanding of VoIP protocols including SIP, RTP, MGCP, and QoS.
• Proficiency with dial plan design and call routing.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration.
• Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks.
