What you will do

  • Define and maintain a unified AI strategy across internal workflows, consulting engagements, and product development.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on goals and sequence AI investments across the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic expert for account leaders in client conversations regarding AI methodology, tradeoffs, and risks.
  • Own the business case for AI investments, including ROI frameworks and tracking revenue return.
  • Set the AI communication narrative and go-to-market positioning aligned with the overall GTM strategy.
  • Define the delivery model for custom AI/analytics projects and develop existing talent.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience spanning life sciences and AI or advanced analytics.
  • Significant experience in a consulting or advisory context.
  • Must be based in the USA (Remote or Boston, MA).
  • Fluency in modern AI/ML approaches, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and organizational alignment in complex environments.
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience.
