What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of online casinos, including game launches, configuration, RTP settings, and availability.
• Monitor key casino performance benchmarks and organize promotions with vendors to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with CRM and Promotions teams to ensure correct implementation and monitoring of campaigns.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for partners and key game suppliers.
• Define and deliver the gaming roadmap, content plans, and onboarding activities for new partners.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with back-end solutions and gaming operations.
• Strong understanding of game configuration, testing, and supplier management.
• Direct experience working with RTP configs, limits, or promo mechanics (not just via ticketing).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in Bulgaria on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship provided).
