Tech Lead Angular Developer (Angular)

TL;DR

Tech Lead Angular Developer (Angular): Leading the development of frontend applications with an accent on reactive programming, clean code, and scalable architecture. Focus on implementing complex Angular components, optimizing change detection, and establishing robust testing strategies with Jest and Cypress.

Location: Hybrid (2 times a week in Lisbon or Porto). Requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do

• Lead the development of frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Implement reactive programming patterns using RxJS.
• Ensure high code quality through Clean Code principles (SOLID, DRY, YAGNI).
• Design and implement smart and dumb component architectures.
• Develop and maintain unit and end-to-end tests using Jest, Spectator, and Cypress.
• Manage version control and merge strategies using Git in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with deep expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
• Advanced knowledge of RxJS and reactive programming.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and Angular Change Detection.
• Hands-on experience with Jest, Spectator, and Cypress.
• English: B2 level minimum.
• Location: Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid permit).
