What you will do

• Partner with product trios to deliver timely, actionable insights that inform product decisions.
• Design and evaluate product experiments using rigorous statistical methods.
• Build predictive models with clear performance benchmarks and define leading indicators for success.
• Analyze behavioral data in Amplitude and query/model data in Snowflake.
• Establish scalable routines for data validation and metric audits.
• Drive adoption of product analytics tools and enable self-service analytics.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Solid statistical foundation, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Ability to independently extract, validate, analyze, and interpret product data.
• Must be based in Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Snowflake, or ThoughtSpot.
• Ability to connect behavioral insights to product decisions and strategy.
