IT Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end secret and credential management practices across applications, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Identify, classify, and document technical secrets, including ownership, storage, criticality, and associated risks.
• Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for centralized secrets management capabilities.
• Support the design of compliant lifecycle processes for creation, rotation, revocation, and decommissioning of secrets.
• Contribute to tool evaluation by translating operational and security needs into concrete assessment criteria.
• Facilitate workshops with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate findings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT security analysis or security governance.
• At least 2 years of experience working with IAM projects.
• Proven knowledge of secrets and credential types (SSH keys, API keys, tokens, certificates, service accounts).
• Strong understanding of PAM, least privilege, segregation of duties, and secure access governance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
• Experience in regulated, global, or highly controlled enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or GCP Secret Manager.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls frameworks.
• Experience in transformation or migration projects involving credential centralization.
