What you will do

• Establish operating structures, cadences, and tracking to maintain execution momentum.
• Translate leadership priorities into clear, actionable, and executable plans.
• Coordinate across various functions to ensure alignment and progress.
• Identify and resolve execution risks, gaps, and bottlenecks early.
• Develop lightweight playbooks and standardized ways of working to improve consistency.
• Track progress and provide clear status updates to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing roles.
• Proven track record of working closely with senior executives.
• Experience building processes within early-stage or scaling environments.
• Strong ability to structure complex problems and drive execution independently.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
• Must be based in Malaysia for on-site work.
