What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in Workday HRIS systems.
• Process payroll changes, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with company procedures and employment legislation.
• Support the design and execution of initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and engagement.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced tech or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
