What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture and professional growth.
• Oversee core accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Take ownership of cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Strengthen and monitor internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior capacity.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
