What you will do

• Publish job advertisements and perform initial screening of incoming applications.
• Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure high quality.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Actively support sourcing activities and contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Confident English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence.
• Confident digital technical literacy and a service-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work in Debrecen, Hungary.
