Inbound Operations Specialist (SaaS): Managing all inbound inquiries across primary contact channels and routing them to appropriate teams with an accent on triaging, license management, and billing support. Focus on optimizing lead flow into the CRM and ensuring seamless cross-functional communication between Sales, Finance, and Legal.

What you will do

  • Manage high-volume shared inboxes, triaging and prioritizing inbound inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Process license key updates and migrations for hirify.globalQube Server customers.
  • Handle billing and payment inquiries for Cloud customers, including payment failures, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to capture, verify, and track purchase orders and procurement forms.
  • Route inbound leads and commercial inquiries into the CRM for the appropriate sales team members.
  • Proactively flag recurring issues and process gaps to improve tools and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role, ideally in customer operations or support.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent tasks under time pressure.
  • Comfort working in shared inbox environments like Gmail.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
