What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical roles from strategy to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to define roles, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Conduct market mapping and proactive sourcing for hard-to-find talent via creative channels.
• Manage the end-to-end ATS configuration, including data quality, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Oversee external recruitment agencies, managing selection, performance, and spend.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability and compensation expectations using market insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, specifically for senior or specialist tech roles.
• Proven experience hiring within scaling technology businesses.
• Strong track record of sourcing and closing niche, hard-to-find talent.
• Experience managing external recruitment partners and agencies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and take full accountability for hiring outcomes.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Abu Dhabi, UAE
