ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions specifically for the Employee Center.
• Enhance platform capabilities across ITSM, HRSD, SAM, HAM, and WSD modules.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI components, and applications.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP web technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of platform deployments.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and modules (Employee Center, WSD, HAM, HRSD, ITSM, SAM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web technologies like HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• Must be based in Amsterdam.
• Experience working within Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to HR platforms such as Workday or other enterprise employee systems.
• Interest in evolving into a product ownership role.
