What you will do

• Deliver on-site field service support focusing on Lime Kiln and White Liquor Plant maintenance and advisory work.
• Perform inspections, audits, troubleshooting, shutdown execution, and mechanical alignment.
• Advise customer maintenance teams and contractors during service execution.
• Prepare professional service reports containing findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Identify spare parts, service upgrades, and maintenance opportunities during site visits.
• Train customer personnel to transfer maintenance know-how.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid hands-on experience in Lime Kiln / White Liquor Plant environments.
• Proven experience with rotary equipment alignment and shutdown execution.
• Ability to supervise contractors and coordinate practical site work.
• English: Good communication skills required.
• Location: Willingness to work at customer sites, including weekends and extended hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in broader Fiberline / pulping maintenance.
• Experience in field service reporting and customer recommendation presentations.
• Experience in service sales support and quotation input.
