What you will do

• Support customers with pulp-line process troubleshooting, control performance improvement, and continuous optimization.
• Optimize cooking and fiberline processes to enhance mill stability, quality, and operating performance.
• Conduct audits and provide expert support during startups, commissioning, and shutdowns.
• Analyze process issues, identify root causes, and develop practical improvement recommendations.
• Prepare detailed technical reports with findings and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify upgrade and lifecycle opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in pulp mill process operations, support, or automation expert roles.
• Proven expertise in controls, process tuning, and mill performance improvement.
• Practical experience with site support, commissioning, and shutdowns.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Indonesia and selected APAC countries.

Nice to have

• Specialized experience in cooking and fiberline.
• Familiarity with distributed control systems (DCS), analyzers, APC, or process optimization tools.
• Experience in customer-facing expert services and technical reporting.
