What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain top-tier mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape user-centric mobile UX/UI.
• Optimize performance, ensure cross-platform consistency, and resolve mobile-specific issues.
• Mentor team members on React Native best practices, mobile UX patterns, and code quality.
• Contribute to technical architecture and mobile-specific decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building mobile or web applications.
• Hands-on production experience with React Native.
• Strong expertise in mobile UX, animations, and performance optimization.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Pragmatic engineering approach and self-starter mindset comfortable in startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with web frameworks such as Remix.js or React Router.
