What you will do

• Coordinate and assign tasks to the policy issuance support team to ensure timely delivery.
• Review proposals, quotations, and technical background for completeness and consistency.
• Act as a key liaison between Issuance, Underwriting, and Operational Support teams.
• Validate accurate data entry into IRIS and SIGO systems.
• Prepare operational reports in Excel regarding workload and case tracking.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities in issuance workflows and operational controls.

Requirements

• Academic background in Engineering, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in underwriting, underwriting operations, or insurance technical support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate-level Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volumes of information.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
