What you will do
- Act as a consultative talent partner using market and performance data to define hiring standards.
- Lead executive-level calibration sessions backed by Talent Intelligence data from LinkedIn, HiBob, and CrossChq.
- Own high-stakes closing, including candidate relationship management and final-stage negotiations.
- Bridge Talent Operations and Hiring Managers to diagnose and resolve automation issues in the pipeline.
- Maintain and update interview scorecard integrity and logic within Greenhouse.
- Execute personalized, on-brand candidate outreach.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading in-house recruiting at a senior level, specifically within B2B SaaS or innovative tech companies.
- High proficiency in extracting and presenting reports from systems like Greenhouse or CrossChq.
- Ability to respectfully challenge senior leadership when hiring criteria are misaligned or biased.
- Experience working with or building automated, systems-driven talent pipelines.
- Specialized knowledge in GTM, Product, or Engineering verticals within a global market.
- Must be based in Finland
