What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the AP Region.
• Oversee the full TA lifecycle from talent planning and intake meetings to closing and onboarding.
• Build consultative partnerships with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to provide recruitment solutions.
• Maintain and develop university relationships and talent pipelines for intern hiring.
• Partner with business leaders to implement a strategic approach for contingent workers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in an in-house corporate environment.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for sales roles within the electronic consumer industry.
• Ability to manage multiple key stakeholders and business groups both onsite and remote.
• Experience standardizing, implementing, and evaluating TA processes and programs.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hsinchu, Taiwan (Hybrid).
