What you will do

• Oversee the global HR systems architecture across all SuccessFactors modules to ensure a scalable and secure ecosystem.
• Define and maintain design principles, data models, and integration standards.
• Manage system changes, testing, and release cycles to ensure continuous improvement and stability.
• Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of HR processes while respecting local requirements.
• Lead data governance and integration efforts to ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration, including objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Strong IT background in system configuration and technical integrations.
• Experience managing HR technology and architecture within large, complex multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end integration projects across HR, Payroll, and Finance.
• Expertise in data governance and infrastructure optimization.
• Fluent in English.
