Location: Hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic (Must be based in the Czech Republic or have valid sponsorship to work there)

What you will do
- Manage and input customer transactions and returns/exchanges in Salesforce.
- Reconcile incoming orders against quotes, contracts, and existing assets.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and order booking.
- Resolve transactional cases and discrepancies in a timely, customer-centric manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams as a Subject Matter Expert for quoting and fulfillment.
- Support company efforts to achieve retention and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a detail-oriented environment.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Associates degree or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic or have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Previous Order Management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or alternative CRM platforms.
