Location: Hybrid in Chiang Mai, Thailand

What you will do

  • Develop and implement features using a proprietary React-based framework and Astro for white-label websites.
  • Ensure high code quality by following clean code practices and participating in peer code reviews.
  • Optimize application performance, stability, and scalability using profiling tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and support teams in a Kanban environment.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including READMEs and technical references.
  • Mentor junior developers and drive refactoring initiatives for Senior-level candidates.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building fast-performing interfaces using React (Angular/Vue experience is also valued).
  • Experience with REST web services and web APIs.
  • Knowledge of OOP, data management, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Nice to have

  • Deeper experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and deployment workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns and technical architecture.
  • Proven mentoring or technical leadership experience.
