What you will do

• Define and execute people development strategy, shape culture and performance model, enable skills-based organization with capability frameworks.
• Evolve performance management to drive continuous feedback, integrate with learning and career progression, use data for trends and gaps.
• Lead AI-enabled learning ecosystems like personalized learning and adaptive content, embed AI as core capability.
• Define POD agenda for transformation, translate priorities into development initiatives, harmonize HR lifecycle.
• Design leadership development journeys, coach senior leaders, facilitate workshops and offsites, drive organizational change.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading business role and people.
• Strong track record in facilitation, moderation, hands-on workshops.
• Proven coaching for leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing modern, scalable learning ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of AI in learning and workforce transformation.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, excellent communication and influencing skills.
