QA Engineer (New Grad)

What you will do

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide feedback.
• Create detailed test scenarios, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools like Appium, Espresso, EarlGrey.
• Identify, document, track bugs, and perform regression testing.
• Liaise with developers and product managers to define system requirements and monitor debugging.
• Track QA metrics like defect densities and stay updated on testing tools.

Requirements

• Experience writing clear, concise test cases.
• Hands-on with white box and black box testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum processes.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes for iOS and Android apps.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Automated testing tools experience.
• Performance, security, smoke, or regression testing.
• PostMan experience.
• Test automation frameworks like Appium, Espresso, EarlGrey.
