What you will do

  • Lead and participate in SAP Finance (FI/CO) change requests and implementation projects.
  • Develop, challenge, and validate business cases and requirements related to SAP Finance.
  • Validate SAP Finance solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), roll-out activities, and operational handovers.
  • Collaborate with global IT, finance teams, and external vendors to resolve complex SAP Finance issues.
  • Maintain system documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO (including Product Costing) across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-module finance integration across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed global organization.
  • English: C1+ fluency in written and spoken English required.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
