What you will do

• Translate business information needs into clear, reliable dashboards and reports end-to-end.
• Define and document KPIs, metrics, and information models for operational and strategic decisions.
• Configure and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with role-based access.
• Monitor data quality by defining completeness, consistency, and correctness standards.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data imports, APIs, and attribute extensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's level thinking with at least 3 years of experience in BI or reporting roles.
• Proven experience with Power BI and DAX coding for reporting and dashboarding.
• Experience designing dashboards and management information systems.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, NL.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneTrust or comparable GRC platforms.
• Familiarity with privacy, AI governance, or compliance domains.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting concepts.
