What you will do

• Act as a key contact for international tax and transfer pricing across the hirify.global Group.
• Advise on international business transactions and cross-border operations from a tax perspective.
• Prepare, review, and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and benchmarking studies.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors, internal finance teams, and the headquarters tax department.
• Support tax audits, tax authority inquiries, and matters related to withholding tax, corporate tax, and VAT.
• Monitor developments in international tax regulations to identify potential business impacts.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in international tax and/or transfer pricing.
• Experience working with international tax regulations and cross-border structures.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• Tax advisor qualification or equivalent certification.
