What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee records in compliance with Saudi labor law.
• Handle payroll preparation, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, expense reports, and basic financial reconciliations.
• Execute strategic sourcing, vendor onboarding, and maintain a robust procurement database.
• Develop and document internal policies, SOPs, and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate submissions to government platforms like Etimad and client portals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Finance, or Operations.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Strong understanding of Saudi compliance basics (GOSI, ZATCA, MISA).
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• High attention to detail and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
