Production Coordinator (Video Production)

What you will do

• Support Production Executives and Managers in communicating production information to editorial teams.
• Plan shoots and OBs, including booking crews and international travel for talent and contributors.
• Negotiate rates with external suppliers and prepare detailed call sheets with movement orders.
• Prepare and track production budgets, reporting any budgetary issues to the Production Manager.
• Coordinate post-production schedules, edit sessions, and handle music and archive clearances.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and are completed according to the brief.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national (subject to Saudization requirements).
• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects for various clients or broadcasters.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of rights and music clearance, and post-production paperwork.
• Technical understanding of camera operations and ingesting rushes.
