What you will do

• Plan and schedule content across PTV channels to ensure a strong weekly offering.
• Support performance follow-up and contribute to optimizing schedules.
• Order promos and creative materials for PTV and SVOD.
• Create content highlights and monthly materials for internal communication.
• Maintain and update scheduling systems and tools.
• Coordinate key information regarding premieres, rights, and content priorities.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
• Must be based in the Stockholm office.
• Proficiency in digital tools and systems, specifically Excel and Office.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in audience engagement and performance.
• Structured approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in planning, coordination, or administrative roles.
• Interest or experience in TV scheduling, media, or streaming.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
