What you will do

  • Administer daily payroll and benefits processes within established target timelines.
  • Coordinate with global and regional external vendors to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain country-specific knowledge of legal and tax requirements to ensure corporate compliance.
  • Resolve employee queries and partner with regional HR teams to support complex issue resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to document retention, reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of administration processes to recommend system and structural improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent business experience.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to support global and regional stakeholders.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality output under tight timelines.
  • Ability to work odd hours when required.
  • Must be able to work according to the hybrid model at the Penang site.

Nice to have

  • Experience with payroll accounting.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance.
  • Experience with process automation.
