What you will do

  • Translate product strategy into structured initiatives and priorities to guide development across teams.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with Product Management.
  • Coordinate alignment and manage dependencies across multiple teams to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Act as the key link between Product Management, development teams, and customers.
  • Make prioritization decisions by balancing business value, customer needs, and technical constraints.
  • Support sales processes with domain and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Owner or in a similar software development role.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery.
  • Proven ability to structure complex problems into actionable work.
  • Experience working in environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, as well as Norwegian or Swedish.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Molde, Norway.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or workforce planning domains.
